I have been informed by the Administrator that an unusually high amount of direct debits have been rejected by owners banks and therefore owners are advised to check their accounts to ensure that their community fee direct debit has been paid. Next week the new 'Pool Gate' system will be installed which was agreed at the last AGM. This will prevent debtors from using the community pool.
