This is relating to a case when in 2001, before our properties were built, some people who lived in this area initially protested against the land being re classified for urbanization rather than urban.
It has taken nearly 18 years to reach high court. The people are bringing the case against each individual owner and the town hall. At present the advice is that each individual needs to be represented. There is a president of R6 who has attended the town hall with a lawyer for info. The lawyer is currently digesting an 800 page document. Advice from the administrator is for each of us to be represented. The lawyer has stated that he will represent everyone but individually, for 150 euros per house, owner. At present we are waiting for the lawyer to finish digesting the document.
It is not a problem for the community, as it is individual owners who are receiving the letters not the community as a whole.
